Has my order shipped?

Please allow 3 days to process your order. To check the status of your order, Please feel free to email us at denyse@hormonesbyhart.com or call us at 1-888-455-9466.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and so it is not editable.  If it is within 24 hours of placing your order, you may call us at to find out if there is still time to modify it.

How do I track my order?

A UPS notification will be sent to your email with a tracking number. Please print this email to track you order or check to see if it as been sent. To track your order, click on tracking number or call 1-800-PICKUPS. Please also feel free to email us at denyse@hormonesbyhart.com or call us at 1-888-455-9466.

My order never arrived.

 Please go to your UPS notification and click on tracking number or call 1800 PICKUPS.  If the order status says received billing info but UPS as not received package it has not shipped. Check with the shipper to confirm the transit status of the shipment.  If the shipper indicates that the order has been delivered, please contact customer service for assistance via email at denysehormonesbyhart.com or via phone at 888-455-9466.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If the item is highlighted on your invoice then the item was backordered because it was out of stock and will be delivered separately (at no additional cost to you - see the following paragraph).  If the item is not highlighted, then please contact customer service at denyse@hormonesbyhart.com or 1-888-455-9466 to let us know about the missing item and we will send it out immediately or issue you a credit, whichever you prefer.

Backordered items will ship to you as soon as they are back in stock.  You should receive an email notifying you of the backordered items.  There will be no extra shipping charges added to the original order amount as a result of the backorder.

When will my backorder arrive?

Most backordered items are shipped within a few days, although occasionally if the manufacturer is out of stock it will take longer.  The backordered item will be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service.

What will my shipping charges be?

You can preview your shipping charges by viewing your shopping cart,. Body Well Design offers all orders one flat rate of $6 dollars.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship same day or next business day and most items are always in stock and will ship within one to three business days of the order. Occasionally an item will be out of stock and may take up to one week to ship, although it is usually not more than several days.  If an item will be out of stock for longer than one to three business days, we will notify you and, if applicable, ship the other items on your order immediately. The out of stock item will be shipped promptly when it is back in stock via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. (If the shipment is less than 1 pound, First Class Mail, 1 to 2 pounds, Standard Priority Mail, more than 2 pounds, UPS Ground.)

If you choose an air express shipping method like next Day Air Saver, 2 day, or 3 day, your order will ship the same day if placed before noon.  If some items on the order are out of stock, we will ship what is available immediately, and the remaining items will be shipped when they are back in stock via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. (If the shipment is less than 1 pound, First Class Mail, 1 to 2 pounds, Standard Priority Mail, more than 2 pounds, UPS Ground.)

When will my order arrive?

Following is information regarding estimated delivery times for the various shipping methods that we offer. All packages are left without obtaining a signature, although the delivery company's driver may decide not to leave a package if they feel there is a risk it might be stolen.

International
We ship via USPS Express International.  Service is available to most locations outside the US and noted in the Country drop-down box.  Delivery time varies by country; usually 4 to 10 days to Canada.
